I wasn’t too happy with the whole experience. First they replaced hoses and thermostat and charge a lot for that. Then I got the call saying the water pump was leaking. Don’t see how they missed on the $250 diagnostic. Then I gave the approval and didn’t hear anything from my advisor. I called and they said he was off that day. It would have been nice to have some communication. So I called to talk to the service manager about my situation. He didn’t answer and on top of that he never called me back. I guess I will have to find somewhere else to start taking our vehicles. This is the 2nd poor experience. Positive note I think the car seems to be fixed.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I was nervous because I was unsure of where to go since I recently located to North Las Vegas from California. I had a dealership back home that I was accustomed to using, but obviously not close enough to utilize any longer. So I picked the dealership that was closest to my home, which happened to be your dealership. I made a phone call to have my vehicle looked at and was told it was gonna take about two days for the diagnostic. Later on that same day, Jonathan called me and told me the diagnostic had been done and told me exactly what my suburban needed with prices and fully explained what needed to be done and why. He wasn’t pushy in anyway and asked for my permission to begin work on the truck, which would take approximately 4-5 business days I was told I would have my vehicle back by Wednesday of the following week. I was surprised he called me two days early. Tell me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Not only was Jonathan, extremely friendly and professional, but he under promised and over delivered something that is not too common nowadays especially in a dealership as busy as yours it’s clear to me to see why your dealership is so busy. With people like Jonathan who under promise and over deliver and truly care about the customers they serve. It’s no wonder you guys are successful… even your staff who wasn’t directly helping me were friendly with me and took the time to greet me. and I wish I got his name but all I remember is he drives an orange mustang hot rod that is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much to Jonathan and team Chevrolet for the experience

We explained to Dylan, my service advisor, my concerns with our Cruze. Dylan wrote up the service ticket and kept me updated on progress. My car was in the shop for 3 days. Dylan let me know they would keep my car overnight. We picked up my car upon completion of the service ticket and my car is running great. Thank you, Dylan.

Service center did an amazing job Was shocked and surprised when I went to pay and was told there would be a 3% service charge to pay with a credit card. How is this even a thing and why was it not disclosed earlier in the transaction. It is 2025, people do not keep that kind of cash around and credit card payments are a mainstay of our society. Fell like this was a hidden fee that I was coerced into paying just so the dealership could squeeze every penny out of their customers This 3% credit card fee ruined what was a very pleasurable service experience

The service tech were clueless. They had know idea what they were doing. They forgot to rotate my tires which I paid for. They forgot to put my oil mileage sticker in my window. First time this every happen to me and I been going to thie same dealership since 2013.

We dropped off the car on a Wednesday evening for a Thursday 8am service. I made a couple attempts to reach my Service Advisor Jonathan (via text), without response. When I called into the dealership, I got passed through to another phone system and again did not receive a response. Eventually, the phone operator had to go into the Service Department to find the Service Advisor.

Christopher is service is very friendly and accommodating however I have to say the tech that repaired our sunroof shade very subpar work left one side just hanging had to return next day. Our salesman Bernty we have used several times is great. Your parts dept can be improved a lot I felt with Troy yesterday he acts like I was bothering him when picking up an order. I could have used a bit of help carrying out 2 good size boxes. When I asked if I would need help he didn’t even acknowledge . Finally asked if I needed help as I was walking out the door. He also had same attitude on the phone when my husband was inquiring about order. Danny isn’t very customer friendly either. Needless to say I will not be using your parts department anymore.

I had to wait so long to get my vehicle! I purchased it at the end of April, and they said they needed to fix a recall. Ok cool I mean that shouldn't take too long I might as well leave it there. No! They took weeks to do anything. Only got it on May 24. I have OnStar on the vehicle so I saw where it was and for DAYS it would not move. I think as soon as they got my money they made working on the vehicle a low priority. I finally got it after nearly a month! And I had to call several times. Don't ever buy from dealerships, just go direct to manufacturer or through private, this is ridiculous. All I got was a thank you for being patient. I thought maybe they would have given me some other perks.

It was not a good experience at all! I bought the vehicle on April 29th and they said they need to keep it for a bit to fix the front and fix a recall. Well that turned into almost a month! I think once they sell a vehicle it is a low priority for them. I had teh OnStar for the vehicle and saw that it would not move for DAYS! They had no rush cause they already had my money. I would never recommend buying from a dealership, wither go private and direct from manufacturer.

Arrived at 730am, originally scheduled for 10. Asked if I can be helped earlier. I was told yes. It took almost 4 hours to get my car back. All i came in for was a simple oil change. People came and went and I just waited. No one ever came to update me or anything. Horrible experience.

My appointment was at 1:30 and service was not completed until almost 4:30. Why does it take so long when I have specifically made an appointment? I was told I have a recall but no specifics were given. My invoice says "S110 LIGHT LINE" but I was unable to find the recall information on the NTSB website. Christopher, my service advisor, and I do not have a good rapport so would request someone else be assigned next time. Thank you...

They did fine, I think I miss the good old days when I took my car in. Back in the old days they would use the information I mentioned when I set the appointment, anything I mentioned was notated on the paperwork of why they did or did not complete. Example I mentioned my bumper seperating, no notation probably did not even look at it, also I asked for all the update. no updates completed, just looked at the recalls, there are indeed updates since may of 2024 which is my last. I also miss the good old days of my car being cleaned and well it was there long enough to charge my car as well. Again, I at least would have liked a notation of all the things I asked for. just seems if it is under warranty there is lack of care. Happy existing customers can make future sales.

The Service Rep Ahern was very professional and nice. However, the mechanic that changed out my cabin filter, just shoved all my paperwork in the glove compartment, to where the glove compartment wasn't closed all the way. I initially thought it was broken. I then noticed a wire or string hanging out of the the glove compartment. I went back and told the Service Rep Ahern and he quickly took off the glove compartment drawer and re-hooked the elastic string. He apologized on behalf of the mechanic. I was greatful for Ahern for fixing the situation but the mechanic could have done better.

Brought my car in for a scheduled 45,000 mile maintenance. This included a cabin filter change and a wheel alignment. After two and half/three hours I was notified that “the ev technician is backed up and can’t do the wheel alignment.” Then what was the purpose of scheduling the maintenance if there was no one available to perform it??? I had to ask a favor to be picked up and had planned my day to get around without my car for three to four hours. So to be told that I brought my car in and took time out of my Saturday to get the maintenance done was just to have the cabin filter replaced, was very frustrating. Makes no sense. I want to be clear that the staff and advisor who helped me were all very professional and helpful, but now I am paranoid that on my 52k maintenance, if I get my tires aligned, I will just hear the same thing that the “ev technician is backed up.” You need to do better with scheduling if there isn’t anyone to actually perform the work. I can’t leave my car for 3 days with no plan on how to get around. Thank you.

I had an appointment at Team Ford on June 6 for an oil change service. Chris was nice and professional, I was quoted one price which was a lot more than I had paid previously. Chris explained why and told me we could ale cart some of the services to bring the price down. Chris then realized the quote was wrong and I was able to get the original service I came in for. I was told it would be about 90 minutes and it was, so that was great. If I would have done this survey then you would have received 5 stars for sure. A couple of days later my tire pressure light came on for my passenger side back tire. That's when you lost 2 stars, because the service that was included in my service was not done. I have had problems with that same tire losing pressure, when I was able to look at the tire I knew for sure my tires were not rotated. First as I stated that tire does not hold pressure, second the stem cap was not on that tire (I took it off to add air), third the passenger side rim has marks where I hit a curb. Your last 2 stars were removed, because Chris emailed me informing me that I would be getting a survey request and if I had any issue to contact him. Well I sent him an email letting him know my issue. It is been over 48 hours and I have not received a response from Chris rather he is going to state that the service was done or to apologize for the service not being done. I waited for a response before I completed this survey. I know Chris is not to blame for the service not being done, but he should have responded to my email. And add I stated in the email I sent him, how can I trust that other services were completed properly.

Took my 2022 Silverado HD 3500 diesel in for a 15k service. Was a total of over $900 which I received a small discount from a mail coupon. Once I got the truck home I noticed the tires were not rotated, or removed at all, so the brake inspection/adjustment did not happen either. So I laid on the ground and checked 3 different zerk fittings and can see old dirty grease meaning the chassis was not greased. I did not check all fittings, but while laying on the ground I could see on the frame 4 greasy spots where the truck was lifted from. It is very clear that not all the services I was charged for were completed, so it has me questioning if any of it was actually done, and I’ve lost all trust in the quality of work performed. I did call and was able to speak with Chris, the GM, who is willing to help resolve the issue, but losing access to my truck for another full day is not convenient or fair for me, just so services I have already paid for can actually be completed. This dealership needs to focus more on quality and less and quantity with its customers. Their communication throughout the whole process is lacking. When picking up my vehicle I was told nothing about what they inspected or found, no recommendations on future maintenance or anything. Receiving some sort of report card or documentation for my records would be appreciated. I do feel like Chris the GM has been responsive and helpful so we can get this resolved once I am back in town, but I doubt I will return for future service after this.

Came in for an appointment for an oil change, cabin air filters, back windshield wiper, and car wash. Was quoted $110. Waited in the customer wait area for about 2 1/2- 3 hours. Never had anyone come talk to me during that time. Finally it came time to pay and was told it was $212. I couldn't believe it was $100 more that estimated and no one had said anything. I perhaps shouldn't have expected someone to let me know that the bill was about double but I figured keeping customers happy was just a thing all companies did. When I picked up my car it hadn't been washed so then I had to wait another 10 minutes. I left very upset and most likely won't return. It wasn't that I had to pay almost double, it was the lack of communication about it.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was invisible to some people. Nobody wants to help anyone or ask questions. There is ZERO sense of urgency. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive across town to another Chevy than to ever come back here. You needed my car for 8 hours to do a computer system update? No update from service advisor. I had to contact him. Once I arrived to pick up my car he was nowhere to be found. I text and called him. No answer. There was a man who came in after me, waiting for the same advisor and Ada took it upon herself to help him even though she watched me standing at that desk for at least 10 minutes prior. That man was helped and received his car before me. Then after the advisor decided to come back to his desk it took more than 20 minutes for my car to be pulled around. Your lot is not that huge, I could have gotten it faster myself. Things like this is why dealerships have a such a bad rap. Everyone could care less about the actual customer.

Called made an appointment and was supposed to be one day. We dropped the truck off and you provided me with a ride home. I received a call the truck was ready, got a ride to pick it up and it was just being put on the lift. A one day service turned into two. In addition to that, both issues were recalls with you attempted to charge us for. It took 6 trips before it was done. This in addition to our last service issue will make me rethink buying from this location is the future.

I took my car for an oil change nothing major, had an appointment that didn’t show up on the system. Waiting 1.5hrs. Drove my vehicle 2025 traverse with 6k miles 20 miles down the road and now have 2 error codes for 4wd system and all wheel drive system. I took it in for an oil change for a trip. Now they are telling me it’s 4 days to test the car but I can’t have a loaner because they are backed up. I’ve had no issues till you guys touch my car. Ask for a rental/loaner and could left voicemail for Will with no response. Miguel is really nice and tried to help which what he could. But unfortunately

My experience with the Team Chevrolet dealership (specifically the service center) was one of great disappointment. I do not feel that my initial concerns with my vehicle were treated with care and more importantly urgency. My first visit on 06/12/25 was written off as a fluke and I would have expected a trained professional to suggest further diagnostics to further validate or invalidate my concerns. If I come in and state that I received a notice from OnStar and Chevrolet about a potential battery or starter connection; why would the representative turn me away stating it must’ve been an accident? Why wasn’t a battery test suggested sooner? My experience with rep Chris Tate was phenomenal but I’m incredibly disappointed with the service received prior to being assigned to him.

Appointment was for oil change, tire rotation & service air conditioner. was told they would have to keep my vehicle for 4 days or more to do the a/c! I don't think appointments are for (4) day wait periods! Dealerships lack of ability to service clients is their problem not mine, I should should not have to wait that long for service and without my vehicle! Poor management if you ask me! Oil change was done quickly but will never return to this dealer. too many previous issues too! BYE for ever!!!

I have been so disappointed and so angry that I have held off answering the survey til I was able to do so in a composed manner. This was the first time we have been in your dealership to have our oil changed. I am severely immune compromised and the past two years I was able to arrange with your staff a pick up and drop off at my home for the oil changes and to install parts that were finally available that were not installed at the tine of purchase due to supply issues. Well being that this was my first physical visit...It began kind of well...I drove up and was escorted to the oil service area...that unfortunately is when everything went downhill. Miguel greeted me and he was nice enough and professional but after sharing that "everyone chose to have their oil changed " that day and then I shared that I had an appointment and he replied that it was odd that my name was not showing for an appointment...at which I replied that it was odd that I had a printout of my confirmed appointment. I showed it to him and was told that it was going to be awhile. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm...I received three confirmations via e-mail...so it seems very strange that my appointment would not show up. I phoned the dealership and inquired as to how much a tire rotation and oil change were and I was told that it would be $130.00...I showed Miguel a coupon as well that was sent to me and directions were to show it to the cashier for $25 off and $40 off if a tire rotation was added....I was told that it was only $40 off if I chose the higher quality oil. I shared that I did not require a higher quality oil..my vehicle is not a high performance car. My car was clean when we brought in with a light dust on it. Well my husband and I waited for close to 3 hours and when our Trailblazer was ready it had not been washed...I said it was okay...I was charged $159.99 for the oil change/tire rotation...was told that your dealership now requires the 7500 mileage change and inspection....then I was assessed a 4% fee for using my credit card...WAS NEVER TOLD THAT WHEN WE BEGAN THE DEBACLE NOR DID IT MENTION THAT IN ANY E-MAIL.....then my car came out with spots all over and no floor mat ...NOTHING...When I pulled out to leave I noticed that my tire pressure notification came on and my tires were severely deflated and not filled...I drove back and asked why this happened and was told that it must have been an oversight. I wonder if my tires were rotated at all. I also asked why the tires were not brought to the psi that is recommended and was told again that it must have been an oversight. After three hours and a major debacle I wonder if my oil was changed properly....and then a day later I noticed that my air filter has 25% left of life...why was that not changed?! No issues I will go to Auto Zone and change it myself with the assistance of Google...I will pry do a better job. I am really frustrated. Miguel noticed that our mileage is low and suggested that I at least start the car and drive it around the block once a month....I told Miguel that he should not assume that I don't drive ...in fact I drive the car weekly to appointments...I just don't go many places due my mobility issues and health....Before I was able to share that Miguel suggested we drain the oil from the care and park it....WHAT!?@ I suggest that you use your profits to hire more well equipped individuals who know what the heck they are doing and update your bathrooms and make things nice...for all the time waited...May I encourage you to not only update things but to add a deli or something that makes or sells sandwiches and bites to eat so that people can enjoy their time there....All in all...very disappointed...no level of service whatsoever...and with the tires being what they were you put us in danger...If I had not seen that I would have assumed that my tire pressure was where it needs to be ....It is summer and HOT in Las Vegas and tire pressure needs to be maintained for safety. It will take an act of God to have me come back to the dealership for anything. I guess I will go to Jiffy and have them change my oil....used to use them before we purchased our new Trailblazer and NEVER had any issues with them. I would have thought that you would want to keep and maintain a relationship with your customers so that they want to come and see you for maintenance and any future issues and then a new car...the cycle of car ownership. Some of my family own Mazdas and they roll out the red carpet for them for their oil changes, etc....maybe a Mazda is what we should have purchased.

A few days ago, I went for the first time to Team Chevy, for an oil change. Brandyn Richey was my advisor. He was friendly, efficient, trustworthy and through. My oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was competitive. The service director, Will Lucid, happened to be there when I was picking up my vehicle. He introduced himself and asked questions to ensure I was satisfied and that all of my needs were met. It was so refreshing and such a pleasant experience! Dropped off vehicle for check engine light and oil change, following episode of vehicle not going into gear and engine not being able to be shut off (resolved by removing key from vehicle and relying on auto-shut off). Appointment was for 11 a.m. The next day following drop off there had been no updates given and I had left two voicemails for the service advisor with no response. I stopped by in person 1.5 days after leaving vehicle for an update. Response was that there was nothing they could do or read because the check engine light was now off. And service advisor had given me the incorrect phone number. Was the problem addressed or diagnosed: no. Level of service: poor.

Work was done properly but I was never told what the labor charge was going to be. I asked a couple different times and he kept telling me he would get it. It wasn’t until my car was in the back and he came and told me it was going to be $300 to install a couple of accessories. Originally he said maybe $130, I figured $200 at the most. The $300 really choked me.

Hello, I requested a car wash and my truck was delivered to me dirt. The person that delivered my truck to me said it was washed. I show him that the truck hadn’t been washed and he said yes it was, then I showed him all the dirt on the truck. He then walked away and came back with a wash coupon for terrible car wash. Service department stole the excess oil that I purchased and brought in (5 quart jug missing) and after opting for a courtesy wash there was a huge scuff on the passenger side I had to buff out as well as a bunch of new paint chips that were not there before.

Drop off truck night before scheduled.Appointment for oil change tire rotation new battery and car wash Went to pick up truck tire pressure monitors not working on - display team tried resetting pressure centers.Finally, somebody came out after 20 minutes said.To drive it we didn't have time Next day realized, truck hadn't even been washed as a VIP 20 year customer of team Chevy. No car wash done and then. In addition, as I was wiping down truck realized greasy Fingerprints and hand prints had been left on Fender from battery installation craftsmanship from battery installation was awful. You need to wipe off your hand prints.

The service was good but they didn't wash the car or even ask me if I wanted washed. My appointment was confirmed with Tyler for 9:20 AM and when I got there I was told he was not in. The price of the oil change went up 40% since my last oil change and then I get charged a fee for using my credit card. I did receive a call from Lori at Team Chevrolet and she told me to bring the car in for a wash.

Arrived at Service at 9:00, was told it could be a 2 hour wait for my first oil change and tire rotation. After 3 hours I checked with my service advisor and he went back to check. He told me I was next, 3 hours and still not done. At 4 hours I checked back and he said it was being written up and my truck would be coming out. Nothing like a 4 1/2 hour oil change. Someone screwed the pooch on this.

My 2023 Chevy Colorado continues to have the Check engine light turn on due to a transmission issue which should have been a warranty item. I was told you needed 5 plus days for diagnosis so I turned it in while on vacation. 2 days later it was "repaired" for $250 and truck runs as "designed" after reprogramming cylanoids. First time I drive it check engine light pops back on within 20 mins. This is a huge inconvenience for me to drop the vehicle back off considering I have one weekday off a week. Not enough staff within your warranty department to handle the amount of service. Hoping you push me to the front of the line as the problem was not resolved and merely pushed aside.

Had appt for 1:00pm for oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was done by 2:30 pm less time than the 2- hrs projected, which was great as I waited. Up getting ready to leave, the sensor indicated that my hood was still open to which I had to flag down a technician to get it opened then closed. Upon driving home, the sensor on my vehicle was still showing that I needed to get my oil changed soon, which is the same notification I had when I took the vehicle in. Not sure if it resets itself or there is something else going on.

I first called to schedule an appointment to have my check engine light diagnosed. When I arrived the service person asked if I was told how long it would take. I advised I was not. He told me 4 days just to have the light diagnosed. My first thought was how can Autozone do it in 5 minutes but it takes 4 days for a dealership to diagnose a check engine light? 4 days passed with no communication from the dealership so I called and left a message. I did get a text message back advising as to the nature of the issue. Nobody ever called me to tell me what was wrong or what the plan was to fix the issue. Given the dealership was going to have the car for over a week I asked if they would provide a loaner car. I was told they did not have one available but could possibly look into paying $42 a day towards a rental. I asked them to look into that option but never heard back. A day or two later I got another text message advising that the vehicle was ready. This is probably the least personable service facility I have ever dealt with. Also, there has to be something that can speed up the diagnosis of a check engine light. There is no reason to take 4 days. Why can’t you schedule check engine diagnosis at hourly or half hour intervals, discuss with clients the nature of the diagnosis and make a plan to repair? Lastly, not providing any transportation when someone turns in a car for a week is ridiculous.

Everyone was very friendly. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They also checked my windshield sprayer nozzle as it was clogged. They did not check the air pressure in the tires as it was the same as when I brought the car in. The reservoir for the windshield wiper sprayer was empty when I checked it. 🤷♂️

I called in a panic because my tire was basically shredded. Brandyn reassured me that if I didn’t make it before closing, I could leave it there and they would deal with it first thing in the morning. We made it in time but Brandyn was with another customer so David checked me in and said one of them would get back to me. Within an hour, he called and informed me that my tire wasn’t in stock but they could get one in the morning. My truck was ready to go by the time school was over the next day. I picked it up from Brandyn, washed, washer fluid refilled, with a new tire! Thank you Brandyn and David!!

I think the service department at Team Chevy is top notch. I don’t have a lot of faith in my 2020 Blazer right now after sinking $4500 into it in the past 6 weeks when it’s been regularly maintained only has 60k miles. I do have faith in Brandyn R and the service team that have done a great job fixing these problems as quickly as possible and getting me back on the road. I have loved my Blazer from the minute I sat in it and drove it off the lot, but Chevy may have burned my love of Salsa Red/Red Hot Chevys with these latest issues. Until I’ve had enough, I’m grateful for Brandyn and the team in the service department.

I have never had an experience with any dealership as terrible as this. I purchased my vehicle from Team Chevrolet in 2023 and brought my vehicle in for service in 2025. The first issue I came across was the timeframe to replace a part in my vehicle. It took nearly a month, with very poor communication and updates between the service mechanics and I (the client). Here is my main frustration and why I am giving this dealership such a poor review: It was explained to me by the service advisor that Team Chevrolet DOES NOT give out vehicle rentals while they have customer vehicles in their shop for service. I was told to get my own rental vehicle and as long as it is a GM vehicle, the full cost of the rental would be covered by GM customer service. I just had to call GM customer service when my rental is complete and have the receipt. I rented a Chevrolet vehicle for a few days while I waited to get my diagnosis of what service I needed and struggled to get updates from my service advisor. I needed to find out if I needed to extend my rental or not because my return day was coming up. I was told that they were waiting for GM motors on how to proceed with the service. And I told them I needed a response within 3 days because that's when my rental would have to be returned. 3 days later I asked for an update and got the same response. I was then told I needed to leave the vehicle in their shop for about 3 more weeks to complete the service to replace one part. I extended my rental because of the delay in communication and spent over $500 for the duration I had it. I called the GM reimbursement customer service line and was told they would only cover up to $44 a day for the rental. I asked about the remainder of the amount for my rental cost and they explained that I would have to talk with the dealership because it is GM policy to cover only $44 a day. I was extremely frustrated with Team Chevrolet because I was told that my ENTIRE rental would be covered as long as it was a GM vehicle. I spoke with my service advisor and sent him a complaint of the how I felt I am being given poor service. He said he would pass the information along to Shane, the manager. I waited much longer than necessary for Shane to call me with an update and when he did he asked 2 questions and said he would call me back. I didn’t hear back from him after that. I did get a call that they would get me a rental vehicle from Enterprise and that the dealership would cover it. (GREAT! I thought). For the remaining 2 weeks I asked several times and called about my reimbursement and for service updates but only received TWO updates in 2 weeks of me calling and texting for information updates. During that period I did not get an update on my reimbursement and the two updates were, “we’re going to work on your car soon” “expect it to be done by the end of the month.. I’m figuring out your reimbursement with Shane right now (2 weeks after first bringing up the issue) When I was told that my service was complete, I returned the rental to Enterprise and during that time I had a conversation with their service team. I explained that it was almost a fight just to get a rental from the dealership. They said “that’s weird, we give rentals out for them all the time!” At this point I was extremely frustrated with the service team. I was taken to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and talk with Shane about everything. Upon speaking with him, he seemed like he didn’t even know what was going on with my issues and service. He said he didn’t recall our conversation on the phone, it truly felt like he didn’t care or even make any effort to reassure me that I would receive good service and it was all just a hiccup or bump in the road. I was told I needed to wait 2 weeks to get a reimbursement check for my rental and he would take care of it and make sure I was updated. Well 2 weeks went by and my vehicle started having another leak which had my check engine light on. I spoke with them on the phone frustrated because I just picked up my vehicle from service and was told to come in to have them quick check what the issue was. I did and was told I needed to leave it for a few days. I explained I can’t right now because I am working and need a mode of transportation. I asked if I could get a rental for the few days I’d leave it and was told NO. I am in disbelief that after the first encounter with this issue, you still refuse to take care of your customer. And to touch up on the reimbursement, I called at least 8 times in the last few days to get updates. From Customer Service (GM) to Team Chevrolet Sales and Service to include the other service manager, Will. Many people said they’d just notify Shane or to wait for Shane to call me back. Well with so many notifications I would have assumed Shane would have gotten back to me by now and I haven’t received not ONE call update or text. Props to you for giving the worst service experience ever. I have never been so stressed and let down by a “customer service” team like this.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. It took your team over six hours just to diagnose the issue with my truck, followed by another three-hour delay before informing me it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I waited an additional thirty minutes for my truck to be brought up—only to discover through my vehicle tracker that it wasn’t even on-site and had been driven elsewhere. If the truck was not ready, why was I contacted to pick it up? This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. To make matters worse, after paying for an oil change, my vehicle still shows 38% oil life remaining. When I questioned this, I was told to “just come by, it only takes two seconds to reset.” I work twelve-hour shifts at a hospital and am a full-time student—I don’t have time to rearrange my schedule to fix a mistake made by your staff. At this point, I have no confidence that the services I paid for were actually performed. I expect a clear explanation, proof of completed work, and a resolution to this situation promptly.

Could have been better, when I got my Traverse back from repair, they forgot to put the battery cover back on and part of the seat area's plastic was broken when I saw that the battery cover was not put back. So I am disappointed with their service. Had to take Traverse back for the battery cover and the plastic part of the seat they will have to look for it to get it replaced.

Service was able to determine that my tires weren't subject to a recall. Also asked that the E of my equinox emblem on passenger side door was falling off and needed replacing. I called and made an 11 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived 30 minutes early, told Eddie I would wait for my car, thinking it would be about an hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I went and asked what the status was. Eddie at that point said when I dropped it off for my appointment it was a 2 and a half hour wait. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, he told me it was not an 11 am appt that was just the drop off time. It should not take 4 hours for an oil change. The service department needs to have better communication with their customers. I could have gone somewhere else and it only be 30 minutes and less money. We have been a loyal customer since the 90s. In the end, Eddie did give me a discount, but if there was communication upfront, none of this would have been an issue.

The car was serviced and delivered in the amount of time quoted, but it was more expensive by over 100 then what was quoted. I am tempted to find a mechanic next time as regular service should not cost over 1,000 and this was 1,500 with overf 700 for labor? I think I can find a more affordable option next time, which is sad because I trust the dealership.

Service manager that was assigned to me is very unreliable! He wouldn’t return my calls and messages. Wasn’t helpful. I had to wait 3 weeks for my truck to be fixed and he didn’t give any suggestions or advice to where I could go and get a rental or loaner. I am very upset with his unprofessional behavior!! Also, after driving the truck back home from the shop, it was leaking a lot of oil. I called him and he said it was a different problem and I had to pay the deductible again! I told him it was from them the first time because they had to remove the oil pan and probably didn’t put it on correctly, but he insisted that they did put it back correctly and it was a different problem. Whatever’s!! I won’t be going back there again!!

Ordered a car....4th Corvette I have bought from Team....Felt like I was bothering sales person for status of order...never received a status from dealer from scheduled to build until car received at dealership. Asked new car Concierge for assistance...got no response. Went to pick up car....price was wrong on sales paperwork...extended maintenance was added in , could not get a straight answer on value of my 2023 Corvette trade...kept talking about included sales tax in the value...never heard of that before....finally after unneeded stress was able to agree on an acceptable price...new car was pretty clean...water spots in engine compartment and wheels needed thorough cleaning...lastly..quit pushing extended maintenance...had to tell finance person at least 4 times I did not want it.

For the price you are now charging for a simple oil change, you should absolutely include the tire rotation and not charge an additional $30 to do it. Your dealership has raised the prices so high that it is almost impossible for someone on a fixed income to maintain their vehicle. It is ridiculous that an oil change for my vehicle now costs $113, and an additional $30 to rotate the tires, totaling $143. Thankfully, I had a coupon for an oil change at a discounted price of $79.99, and even with the coupon, I barely had enough money to pay for it. Thanks, Team Chevrolet, because now I am broke.....................

We contacted Jason Chames December 30, 2025 to inquire about Team Chevrolets best pricing on a suburban. Jason immediately went to the lot, took pics of vehicles and stickers based upon our requests and we set up an appointment for December 31, 2025 at noon. Jason had moved the car from the showroom ready to let us drive it. We drove the vehicle, and asked to see a couple of other vehicles and we had already discussed pricing prior to making the appointment the day before. We sat down and signed the contract and drove away with our new suburban within a couple of hours. Jason is extremely efficient and listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. We had contacted 2 other local Chevy dealerships whose pricing was more than 10% higher than what Jason quoted us. They were not willing to negotiate one dollar. We have experience with one of the dealerships on an $80K purchase from 2021 who the salesmen promise everything and the service department lacks follow through on everything except a basic oil change. We live in Anthem and were willing to drive the 30+ miles to consider working with a salesmen who would follow through with promises made during the sales process. Jason offered to call him every time the car needs service and he would make sure we got taken care of. We appreciate the personal support Jason has given us and when you meet him, you will understand his commitment and be happy with your car exploration and eventual purchase.
