Whenever I visit Team Chevrolet, I always feel as though I've been treated fairly and that my vehicle is in the best of care.

Service manager that was assigned to me is very unreliable! He wouldn’t return my calls and messages. Wasn’t helpful. I had to wait 3 weeks for my truck to be fixed and he didn’t give any suggestions or advice to where I could go and get a rental or loaner. I am very upset with his unprofessional behavior!! Also, after driving the truck back home from the shop, it was leaking a lot of oil. I called him and he said it was a different problem and I had to pay the deductible again! I told him it was from them the first time because they had to remove the oil pan and probably didn’t put it on correctly, but he insisted that they did put it back correctly and it was a different problem. Whatever’s!! I won’t be going back there again!!

Ordered a car....4th Corvette I have bought from Team....Felt like I was bothering sales person for status of order...never received a status from dealer from scheduled to build until car received at dealership. Asked new car Concierge for assistance...got no response. Went to pick up car....price was wrong on sales paperwork...extended maintenance was added in , could not get a straight answer on value of my 2023 Corvette trade...kept talking about included sales tax in the value...never heard of that before....finally after unneeded stress was able to agree on an acceptable price...new car was pretty clean...water spots in engine compartment and wheels needed thorough cleaning...lastly..quit pushing extended maintenance...had to tell finance person at least 4 times I did not want it.

Professional and courteous service

For the price you are now charging for a simple oil change, you should absolutely include the tire rotation and not charge an additional $30 to do it. Your dealership has raised the prices so high that it is almost impossible for someone on a fixed income to maintain their vehicle. It is ridiculous that an oil change for my vehicle now costs $113, and an additional $30 to rotate the tires, totaling $143. Thankfully, I had a coupon for an oil change at a discounted price of $79.99, and even with the coupon, I barely had enough money to pay for it. Thanks, Team Chevrolet, because now I am broke.....................

Went in for a simple tire rotation took two hours and 20 minutes. We told him we had some electronic issue they said in order to scan and fix we would have to leave the car there for 10 days.

I called and made an 11 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived 30 minutes early, told Eddie I would wait for my car, thinking it would be about an hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I went and asked what the status was. Eddie at that point said when I dropped it off for my appointment it was a 2 and a half hour wait. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, he told me it was not an 11 am appt that was just the drop off time. It should not take 4 hours for an oil change. The service department needs to have better communication with their customers. I could have gone somewhere else and it only be 30 minutes and less money. We have been a loyal customer since the 90s. In the end, Eddie did give me a discount, but if there was communication upfront, none of this would have been an issue.

The car was serviced and delivered in the amount of time quoted, but it was more expensive by over 100 then what was quoted. I am tempted to find a mechanic next time as regular service should not cost over 1,000 and this was 1,500 with overf 700 for labor? I think I can find a more affordable option next time, which is sad because I trust the dealership.

Always easy process when dealing with Mr. Christopher Tate. Shop took a bit longer than given but luckily I was in not much of a rush.

We contacted Jason Chames December 30, 2025 to inquire about Team Chevrolets best pricing on a suburban. Jason immediately went to the lot, took pics of vehicles and stickers based upon our requests and we set up an appointment for December 31, 2025 at noon. Jason had moved the car from the showroom ready to let us drive it. We drove the vehicle, and asked to see a couple of other vehicles and we had already discussed pricing prior to making the appointment the day before. We sat down and signed the contract and drove away with our new suburban within a couple of hours. Jason is extremely efficient and listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. We had contacted 2 other local Chevy dealerships whose pricing was more than 10% higher than what Jason quoted us. They were not willing to negotiate one dollar. We have experience with one of the dealerships on an $80K purchase from 2021 who the salesmen promise everything and the service department lacks follow through on everything except a basic oil change. We live in Anthem and were willing to drive the 30+ miles to consider working with a salesmen who would follow through with promises made during the sales process. Jason offered to call him every time the car needs service and he would make sure we got taken care of. We appreciate the personal support Jason has given us and when you meet him, you will understand his commitment and be happy with your car exploration and eventual purchase.

My 26 yr chevy truck had a gas leak so I tried calling my previous service writer Jonathan and left message. 2 hrs later no response. I called to see if he still was there and was told to just make a appointment. I made the appointment, showed at the scheduled time and waited. The bays were open and I waited for the guy to get off the phone which he never did. Finally a tech walked by and asked why I was waiting and he immediately got Darren Jensen to see me. I had to leave to get home as I caregive to 93yr mom who shouldn't be alone. Darren sgot me a ride home and said they wouldn't get to truck until Monday which was ok. I authorized the repair work quoted around $1300 and Darren got me a ride back to pick up truck. I paid by CC and Darren told me about 3% fee for card. I was not happy when I got charged $1385 plus $42 cc fee when I checked my email receipt. I called to ask if you charge fees for checks but never got ahold of anyone just computer AI. I left a message with Darren who I know will call back today with a answer but am disappointed at how customer service is applied since you took over the dealership. The phone system is a continuous loop. A recall to the operator resulted in "leave a message". Really? What are you paying her for? I need a new vehicle but have decided it won't be bought there. Repair service was good, truck runs like she always did (has been service by you since purchase 26 yr ago) , Darren took care of me, got truck fixed, warned about fee, and got me home quickly so mom wasn't home alone too long. Thank you Darren Funny when I called 1st time I got Findley Chervrolt who told me they dont charge CC fees... They then transferred my call to you and all I got was a phone runaround. Hence I answered survey which are only good if you fix the problems. I doubt you will publish my response as there are negatives. But all good reviews smack of fake reviews so a little honesty goes a long way as far as I'm concerned. Get rid of the CC fees (I paid more than enough on my repair bill) fix the phone system and provide real customer service/not computer loops, and let Darren Jensen know I appreciated him helping me when everyone else was just sitting around (also thank the tech who was approaching people and getting them help - he was making you money... Jesus was great. I thought I had several possible serious problems. Jesus diagnosed a bad battery very quickley and was correct. The problems all disappeared with the new battery.

Completed a 100,000 mile Service to include Radiator Flush, Serpentine Belt, Fuel System Cleaning, Spark Plugs, Transmission Service. Satisfied with these services, vehicle runs very well. Additionally I requested the Transfer Case and Rear Axle Oil Change. 100% not satisfied. Service request and not delivered regardless of price. I also requested and an evaluation on the oil residue at both sides of the rear valve covers. Since the intake manifold was being removed to install. The information I got back from the service writer was something about internal seals on the head costing about $9000 to repair. Nice story Team Chevrolet, how about just checking for "Clogged PVC Values" that are located on both sides of the rear value covers. Can you hear the conversation I will be having with friends and family about my experience with Team Chevrolet?

Look, no one likes dealing with service repairs, but it’s nice to know when you do that you can depend on them. While dealing with my husbands emg open heart surgery, the battery in my new 2024 Traverse failed. It went from working to not working without any notice, so Instead of being with my husband I was dealing with a dead battery. Roadside service replaced the battery so I could be on my way. (I paid out of pocket and working with GM for reimbursement since the car is still under warranty). No sooner than the next morning my battery was at 4v and the OnStar App said it was in need of a charge. Again?!?! The timing couldn’t be worse because on top of dealing with my husbands emg open heart surgery, now I’m worried I’ll be stranded on the side of the road in a big city. I immediately took the car back to the dealership. When I dropped off my car I broke down and cried in front of Daniel. Not only did Daniel show compassion but he jumped into action and made sure I was taken care of. Although Daniel is not responsible for the failure of my new car, he took on the responsibility of making it right and put me at ease during an extremely stressful time. They gave my car a thorough inspection and kept it for a few days to make sure the battery stays charged. I’ve not had a problem since. Service Advisors Daniel and Shane kept a bad situation from turning into a nightmare by giving me a loaner so I could be with my husband. The last thing I need while my husband is in the hospital is to be stranded on the road again. Daniel & Shane went above and beyond with their compassion and professionalism. They kept me updated t/o the process and reassured me that were there to help with anything I needed. They genuinely cared about my husband’s health, my wellbeing, and fixing my car. It’s nice to know I can depend on the service Dept at Team Chevrolet. I sure hope Mr. Brad Cambridge and GM’s Mary Barra do something nice for Daniel & Shane. They are lucky to have such caring and professional people working for them.

Had an accelerator pedal sensor replaced on my 2007 vet and was over $700. Two bolts to remove the pedal and a plug-in. Thought it was way too expensive.

The sale was great. I had issues with the cleanliness of the vehicle it was still dirty like it was stored in a dirt lot. The windows had dirt still in the rubber and gaps you would thing that a new car would be free of any dirt but no. Also i had issues with customer service. When you call and ask to do something it doesn’t get done and you call back they never respond back or return your call.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer service department. Took in initially and they had the truck for 2 weeks to troubleshoot my issue and claimed it was a good fix with the repair being about $2k. Got it back and had the same exact problem. Took it back and was with them for another 4 weeks. They told me they would inspect the transmission pan for anything irregular. Waited 4 days before telling me they couldn’t do anything until the MAF sensor was replaced. Then got that replaced and the still couldn’t figure the issue out so I had the shop foreman go on a ride and finally got a good troubleshooting path. They replaced the valve body and torque converter and said it was good to go. Got the truck back and immediately took for a drive and still doing the exact same thing. The communication in the service department is absolutely terrible. It took me 4 days to get ahold of someone (well within store hours) to discuss the status of my truck even after trying to reach service manager and store managers. They also wouldn’t help with a loaner vehicle during this time because it is for “new vehicle purchases only” and didn’t help with rentals cause their contract was in a transfer phase. The most frustrating experience I’ve ever had, the techs don’t know what they are doing, time management and communication was extremely poor. What happened to taking care of the customer or caring even slightly? Very disappointing and after $2k+ spent I am taking it somewhere else know to properly troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Very disappointed that when I asked for an estimate to replace 1 bad tire sensor I was not told that there would be a possibility that the other 3 would not be functioning after the diagnostics. Due to price I chose not to do replacement and only after I picked up the car and noticed none of my sensors were online was I told that’s just what happens. Total BS based on what I read in the 20 minutes following that call. I thought I would bring the car back in to have the issue resolved but basically being told you would try but it might not work I chose another route. My 3 good sensors are working now and when I decide to replace all 4 I will most certainly go elsewhere.

Yesterday I had an appointment at 9:00 am, to service my truck breaks and differential. Upon arrival, I decided to wait instead of getting a right home. My service representative Eddie Vasquez told me that he was going to try get me out as soon as possible. By 10:16 am, my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed. So far, this is my third visit to the Team Chevrolet Service Department. I'm totally satisfied with an excellent, speedy, and professional service.

I have had another 2015 Corvette Stingray since 2014, and ever since I moved to Las Vegas in 2020 I have used Team Chevrolet for service and parts purchases, and all has been good. I brought in my newly purchased Stingray to have fluids changed, a new key fob purchased and programmed, as well a "low battery" message and a good going over, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the timely manner in which the work was done. From the minute I decided to get a new vehicle until the night I drove my brand new Equinox EV off the lot, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Quentin was my sales representative and he was stellar. I should say that this wasn't a quick process. I had a 2020 Blazer as a trade that had inequity and took a lot of work to put a deal together with. That didn't slow Quentin down and to make a long story short, he had to work this deal hard but he never once made me feel like less than a VIP. The only easy part of the experience was I was already a "Chevy Girl". The rest I changed my mind on and drug out to a point that would have frustrated most. Quentin was patient, professional, and the epitome of what a representative of the brand should be. He stayed late on multiple occasions, answered the same questions time and time again, and made sure I was comfortable in my decision, even when I didn't think I knew what I wanted. Very disappointed drop my car off at 8:40 in the morning told me it would be $1800 to fix it. I said I didn’t have the $1800 told me my truck will be ready at two. No response at two I called at three no response I called at 3:30. No response call at 3:45. Someone answered Told me they would have someone called me back. No one called back called again at four. Someone finally answered again. I told them I was on my way up there to get my truck when I arrived they told me my truck would not start. I told him how to get my truck to start 30 minutes later they pull my truck around and I had to pay $164 for them not to be able to fix my truck to give me a diagnostic for something that is not even wrong with my truck. I stayed up all night searching videos to find out what’s wrong with my truck only to fix it myself . !!!!!!

This was my best experience here so far. Return customer and was pleased from start to finish. Had my truck in for an oil change and time was right now point. Miguel communicated well, was knowledgeable, and took care of me. Will come back as long as this dude is running the show.

My vehicle, a 2016 Colorado, was in for power steering failure. Insured by Car Shield, who required an independent inspection, recommended a rebuilt replacement part which they would provide. The parts they sent were incorrect. After haggling, they agreed to cover the genuine GM parts provided by Team. Unfortunately, the part Team provided couldn’t be programmed and had to be swapped out for another. All tolled, my Colorado was in the Team shop for almost 3 weeks. While this fiasco was not entirely Teams fault, they do bare some responsibility, hence, the mediocre score.

With a service appointment I waited for almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Left feeling like I won’t be going back.

Jason did an excellent job. If anyone needs a vehicle please go see Jason he’s the best. Thanks again Jason.

People are polite. The part I don’t like is the communication process. All contact is by email. I would prefer to speak to someone about the work, even just for clarification.

My service writer Rory Suber requested a very thorough evaluation of the symptoms I described that my car displayed and was very communicative about the recommended service that my car needed. He was friendly and made sure I had a ride to work and back to the dealer when I dropped my car off for the repair. The brakes were replaced in a timely manner and so far they are working as expected.

Customer Service was not great at all. My car service was estimated 1hour and 45minutes Miguel say. Nobody never came and got me from waiting area or page me. I ended had to pay for the oil change and other things done to my car. They wasted some on where nose of gas nozzle when you open the door. They did not use the paper mats to cover floor mats as usual. My car running for I don't know how long. Someone took my key pod off my keyring why? After I paid and I ask for a receipt Miguel Macchio never handed me a receipt and just rude employee and other staff as well. This is not a joke this really happened at Team Chevrolet Dealership on 5501 Drexel Road and Ann Road Las Vegas Nevada.

You screwed up my truck. Glow plugs worked flawless until you got hold of it. You don't need to remove them to replace injectors. You were to lazy to use the right tool to remove a water line, pried it to access a bolt and cracked it then tried to tell me it needs a water pump at least a 1k service. I'll never trust or let you change an air filter

I was told my car would be there for 48 hours max. My car was there for almost 2 weeks. I took my car in for the check engine light and repair. The check engine light came back on the very next day. $2700 & time wasted.

Brought it in for Oil change and rear brake lights out, was told brakes ok, had to return it a couple of days later to get the brake lights fixed, since the fuse was blown, and was not pick up the first visit. Also I was not impressed with a Bill of $ 208.00 charge for a hour of labor. Also on the 2nd visit my car was running hot in traffic and long stops, anti freeze and that did not work. So im taking is somewhere else.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Upon leaving the dealership I looked at the psi and the tire pressure was the same as I went in which leads me to believe the rotation never happened. Returned to dealership, a hand held machine suddenly switched the tires and they aired up the tires. Im still not convinced the rotation occurred based on looking at the tread when before I took it it

I came in to get an air filter and an oil change. Told the person I worked with that is all i want. Then Darrin, the person I worked with, added a tire rotation for $30 that I did not ask for. The estimate for the service came at $113 dollars and when I picked up the car the bill was over $190. When asked I was told it was for parts and the other was just labor. According to the sheet I was given the air filter was included in the estimate and was told that it was an extra $65. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, but do to this in my opinion dishonest business practices in the service department, I will never buy from them again and maybe never a GM vehicle. The only work I will return for is warranty work that I have on the car and not at this dealership. I hope that GM is represented better at other places as this one was disappointing. When we were looking for quality service we were faced with hidden or dishonest charges.

Everything was fine regarding communication. I asked if they filled my fluids. Well, that was not so true. My wipers washer was almost empty, I had to fill it after I got home. Orville was very informative & helpful no problem there or with anyone else there.

Jeremiah Benjamin was a FANTASTIC salesman! We went in expecting to just drop off our 2022 Silverado 1500 LT Trailboss for service and left with a 2026 Silverado 2500 HD Trailboss that we absolutely love. Jeremiah was patient with us as we didn’t really expect to be buying a new vehicle and let us view a half dozen vehicles, answering our questions about every single one of them until we found the perfect truck that met every single one of our needs and beyond. Not once did he pressure us into buying and the process was seamless and relaxed. This was hands down the easiest trade-in I’ve ever experienced!

I thought the ease of scheduling the appointment through my app was great; there were plenty of timeslots available even though I scheduled very last minute! I didn't have a preference on service advisor so I was assigned to Orville and he was amazing. He explained everything, answered all my questions and even showed me how to open my door when the handles weren't out (I never knew how to do this!). He told me to expect the car to be there for 3-4 hours b/c on top of the annual service, there were two recalls so I thought I'd pick the car back up around 3pm but was surprised when it was done by 1230! Extremely easy and efficient experience but I'd expect nothing less - Team Chevy is the BEST! Everyone is great - from the sales guys to the finance guys and now the service team. AMAZING.

My engine light was on, I found out through Autozone that it was my turbo charger, I attempted calling the Buick dealership, where I purchased my vehicle, for service, five times and no answer. since I already have been using Team Chev. for oil changes, as well as my son/wife have, since it was a warranty issue I wasn’t sure if Chev. could do the work. I called only once and Don Pagel answered and explained my issue, without hesitation he told to bring my car in the very next day. He was very understanding and was quite sure Chevy could honor the warranty, but he had to check with your company to be sure. He throughly explained to me some other maintenance that should be addressed. It was in your shop for a few days due to the part had to be ordered. As Don had told me , he would be in contact every step of the way. He was patient, caring, knowledgeable and understanding with me. He arranged travel service for me to take and pick me up. While being in the little office waiting to pay my bill, I overheard him on the phone with other customers and he was, once again, very understanding of their situation. I was very pleased with the service that I received…..Thank you Don and Team Chevy!

My service was problem free

So I took my car in to get an oil change, tire rotation and an engine checked because it was doing some things that weren't normal. I was told that I would have to leave the car for 3 days to get the engine checked. I asked if you can make an appoinment for that they said no, I would just have to leave the car. I would be without a car for 3 days so I said no to the engine check. I checked around and am going to see a different dealership that said I could make an appointment to get the engined check. Its a shame that you can't relay on the place where you bought the car to do all the maintaince.

My most recent experience was an eye-opener. My 2014 Corvette overheated. I made an appointment, and upon my arrival, I was informed that it would take 3 or 4 days because they needed to assign a technician to the job. It took a week. I may seem critical, but I've been a Corvette owner since the 80's. There was a complete lack of communication from the advisor for 5 days. When I called, he was off. They posted a quote document with nothing on it. Finally, after I Ieft several messages, I got a call telling me that it needed (a hose), and then that changed to the reservoir needing to be replaced also. A hose, fluid, and a reservoir for $1200. I will choose my Chevrolet service location wisely in the future. dd

From start to finish, everything was awesome! Daniel was fantastic to work with! Kept me informed every step of the way. Also, I do question why Malibu owners are subject to an every 2 year repair of "Adjust to Park" that cost about $800 every time this warning comes up. And it's not covered, ever under the warranty. Shouldn't this be a factor recall every time a Malibu owner has this pop up? Everyone knows about it, but we still have to pay if we keep our vehicle. Just curious?

I brought my SUV in to have the airbag module replaced. The service adviser , Darren Jensen, was very professional and explained they would need the vehicle for half the day. I was pleasantly surprised getting a call a couple hours later saying the vehicle was ready for pickup up! I definitely recommend the service at Team Chevrolet.
